Dear Sir,
We VISHNU NARAYAN MISHRA and VANDANA MISHRA from Delhi, Delhi India. We applied for Adhaar Card with all acceptable supporting documents on 14 Jan 2013 at 14:35:22 and 14 Jan 2013 at 14:48:06 and find the Acknowledgement No. 1047/81011/05896 and 1047/81011/05897. After waiting of 6 Months for my Adhaar Card I call several times to Help Line No.[protected] voice call service replies " This Route is Busy" and Internet Portal displays" URL NOT FOUND". So now I am unable to see my status also. I had complaint by E mail to UIDAI Head office.
Still, after 7 Months of Enrolment I do not find my Adhaar Card. I check on UIDAI website which informs me that “EID provided by you is still not available with us. Please check back after few days”.
Please look in this matter at earliest as possible and dispatch my Adhaar Card to my Address as soon as Possible.
Kindly please inform me about your action and confirmation which you will take for the complaint.
