[Resolved] Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — Paid two times for PVC Aadhaar card but not dispatching. Only showing "Print in Process" for many weeks.

Paid two times for PVC Aadhaar card but not dispatching. Only showing "Print in Process" for many weeks.

I had payed twice for Aadhaar PVC card, but it's only showing "Print in Process" since many days, and UIDAI is not giving me any tracking number.

When I contact their email, they only keep telling me to contact my post office. But if PVC cards have not even been dispatched, then how can I contact post office?!

Please print both those PVC cards and dispatch them and give tracking number quickly.

It's been many days.

The first request/payment was made on 28 Aug. 2023 and the second one was made on 11 Sept. 2023.

I need PVC Aadhaar card urgently for some official purposes!

Their customer care is only giving irrelevant replies and wasting my time!

Complaint marked as Resolved

Issue resolved after registered my complaint at Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), or PG Portal, and then I received all three PVC cards even though I wanted only one.

Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
