All the process was done by their team member. Warranty is always related to a serial number of product. Their Sales personal purposely done so that they can reject the claim in the future. Respected Team,

Please know that Pranav purchased an extended warranty plan from our website on 11th October 2021 for his IFFALCON Television. However, upon our investigation, we observed a few red flags which made us realize that Pranav is not eligible for a claim.

Pranav called us on 17th October 2022 stating his television is faulty & wanted to get it repaired.

Post which we observed that we did try contacting him in the past to clarify a few details as his case was flagged by our internal audit team for name mismatch.

Upon investigation, we observed that the said IFFALCON Television is purchased from Flipkart under the name of Mr. Pranav Shah & the warranty is purchased in the name of Plug Tech which is a third-party entity.

Please know it is clearly mentioned in our T&C & on the activation page where it is written in BOLD letters that the name on the purchase invoice product & warranty should match as the plan is non-transferrable.

Our call center team did contact Pranav on 9th December 2021 to understand the reason for the name mismatch for which we did not receive any response from him.

Upon investigation, we observed the customer is a fraudster & has been fooling us since the beginning hence we have decided to suspend his plan on the basis of FRAUD.

Pranav was claiming he was given the wrong information by our contact center manager Schubert while purchasing the plan, hence we informed him to share the proof for his claims that he was misrepresented.

Please know Pranav failed to present any evidence of mis-selling done from our end to prove his innocence.

This customer was abusive & was threatening our customer service representative & was unpleasant to talk to even after we offered him a refund he will still file a case & post negative feedback on social media.

We feel that he is doing this on purpose so that we feel threatened & terrorized by his threats which are non-ethical & illegal.

If you need any further information, please write back to us at [protected]@gowarranty.in or call us at[protected] and we will be happy to help.

Once again thank you for taking the time to let us know how you feel, and we hope we can address this for you."

Upon investigation, we observed that the said IFFALCON Television is purchased from Flipkart under the name of Mr. Pranav Shah & the warranty is purchased in the name of Plug Tech which is a third-party entity--- > why are you looking for Name mismatch? Why you allowed customer to activate the plan in this condition?

Please know it is clearly mentioned in our T&C & on the activation page where it is written in BOLD letters that the name on the purchase invoice product & warranty should match as the plan is non-transferrable. --- > You also Written in Bold letter with Images for Kettle (Door step pickp & Drop, Home Service Available) . Then why are you failing to provide the service (refre link below).
