Description
I had similar experience as explained here https://www.consumercomplaints.in/gowarranty-not-providing-service-even-after-pa...⇄ . In fact I purchased a one year extended warranty from Amazon. Then their agent called and cancelled this and suggested to take a four year plan (around 11K+).
They assisted via the call to activate the Plan and provided COP. Now they are saying the Serial number provided is not from the screen but from the laptop backside sticker which is not supported.
This was done over the call by their agents and they say it is not supported. If that is the case on what basis they are activating the plan without checking anything ?? or they purposefully making the users to submit the same a provide a false COP.
I am sure that they are going to ignore it however writing review the respective platform may avoid issues for other users at least. But I feel at least it would be beneficial for the people who may check this in the future.
