Gowarranty — Not providing service even after paying

I bought a Acer Television from Amazon in January 2022. I bought extended warranty for it from gowarranty and I bought it directly from their website.
The warranty was activated and I have a confirmation email from them about the same.
Now 1 year after buying the warranty, I needed service from them for my tv. When I called them, they said my warranty was invalid as I hadn't provided the product image that displayed it's serial number on the screen. They say they had called me to tell me and apparently I had said I am busy in a meeting.
They never emailed me to ask for the correct image to activate the warranty.
Even now if I login to my account on their website, it says my warranty is active.
They have no written proof saying my warranty was invalid.
Now they aren't even willing to refund my money.

Greetings for the day.

Please be informed that we have observed that the customer's claim is bogus and is not true.

Please note that Aaditya Paradkar purchased an extended warranty plan from our website on 31st May 2022 for his Acer Television.

However, upon our investigation, we have observed that Aaditya Paradkar is not eligible for repair services due to his failure to submit the right documents at the time of registration.

Please find below the synopsis for your reference.

It's been observed that Aaditya Paradkar contacted us on 19th July 2023 to get his Acer Television bearing Serial number ( B099KNK15R ) repaired stating it's not working.

Upon investigation, we observed that he is not eligible for any claim reason for the following reasons.

Please be informed that the customer has failed to provide us with the image of the product with the serial number visible on the Acer Television to identify the product at the time of activating the plan.
Please know it is clearly mentioned in our T&C & on the activation page where it is written in BOLD letters that he has to give us a clear image of the product with the serial number for identification.

It's mandatory for the customer to share the product image with the serial number for validation purposes as we don't physically visit their home.

Our support team also tried calling him many times & have sent reminder emails for the same and still, we did not receive the Television image with the serial number displayed on it.

Post which our internal audit team had flagged this case as he is not eligible for any claim if required for failing to follow the terms of the contract he opted for.

Kindly refer to the below details and the attached images for your reference.
Also,  customer started giving us negative feedback on social media for no mistake of ours.

We will not be able to provide any repair services in this case as we are not able to validate his case details. ( attached image of the refrigerator shared along with the T&C proof for your perusal. )

This statement is an absolute lie. Gowarranty never called me to inform me or remind me for the same. Feel free to share the email dates and any proof showing that you had informed me in writing about my warranty being invalid.
