I paid ₹5, 215.00 for the Extended Warranty of GoWarranty for my brand new LG Air Conditioner for 2 years. I bought Gowarranty's 4-year extended warranty plan for my TV. Recently, when I needed their service for my TV, Even after a two of complaining, they did not resolve the TV's mother board issue. I called customer care several times and they always said that our backend team will call you. after 15 day I received a call from services center but he was unprofessional and rustic man .

Kettle issue not resolved
I have purchased a Kettle on 03 May 2022 in Tatacliq and got brand warranty for 1 year. I have purchased Extended warranty for my Kettle amount worth of Rs/-305 for 2 years. The plan started on 03-May-2023 and Will End on 02-May-2025. The Kettle is not working as expected and at that date Brand warranty expired. I have reached Gowarranty to get the repair since extended warranty started. I have lodged a complaint on 26th June 2023 to get repair for my Kettle. I am not Happy with their Service and i have given 1 Star rating in Google review. They are saying that not eligible for claims because given 1 star rating in Google review. Now they are saying that the other 2 plans (Mobile & Vaccum cleaner) also not eligible for claims. The Total Plan Cost for 3 Devices (Kettle-305, Mobile-. 1232, Vaccum cleaner-764)= 2301. I am requesting Gowarranty to send an email with all information or share full information here also fine

Gowarranty is a Fraud compnay. I am a victim of this company & their paid reviews. I bought 2 extended warranty plans from them last years by spending INR 20K. I requested for an AC service (which is part of my warranty package) 10 days back but haven't got any service. Everytime I call them customer care, Ms. Renu picks the call (she is their sales person as well) & confirm ls for a call back. They haven't created any Ticket or SR against my request.
I am feeling looted & cheated. Please help me getting my money back.

I purchased 3 years extended warranty from GOWARRANTY in 2021 for my Onida Fire TV policy GW_F52A7022A04B, I had activated my plan on their website successfully.
