I bought Gowarranty's 4-year extended warranty plan for my TV. Recently, when I needed their service for my TV, Even after a two of complaining, they did not resolve the TV's mother board issue. I called customer care several times and they always said that our backend team will call you. after 15 day I received a call from services center but he was unprofessional and rustic man .
They are using abusive language and threatening that if you complain in the consumer forum, we will look after you. We have links with many ministers. Their service provider agents even come to their homes and threaten.
After this I gave a review of the company on Google and their reply came that We would like to clarify that your case was reviewed by our team, and we found that we had already replaced the PCB for your television, resolving the service issue you mentioned. And they called me and asked me to remove the review. But even after 5 days the mother board PCB of my TV was not repaired. Their sales team called me and said that your TV will not be repaired because you have given a negative review. Was this information helpful? |
Greetings of the day. Please know that your service request creation for the television is rejected as as per the update from the service center your PCB (motherboard) is found burnt which is a damage and not covered under extended warranty plan.
we had already repaired your television twice & you are upfrontly denying all the assistance & are blackmailing us for something which is not covered.
