Please be informed that we have observed that your claim is bogus and falsifying.
We observed that you were asked to pay for the consumable part to get the product repaired which you denied.
We did offer you service & did arrange for a technician from the brand to get your problem resolved.
Please be informed that the negative review provided by you for no mistake of ours.

We had requested you to remove the negative feedback to which you agreed earlier, but later you denied it & started blackmailing us by adding negative reviews on social media to extort money.
You have already tarnished our company image by giving negative feedback on mouthshut and blackmailed us, hence we can not cater to any of your repair requests in your case.

Your MD Sameer Sheikh called & arranged for service through a technician and as a gesture I deleted the review, which was on your MD's request. I've screenshot of his chat still with me.
Later next year, when I again requested for the AC service, you denied giving any services basis my previous negative review which I deleted.
Hence, I was left with no choice but to again post a negative review but that doesn't mean you would stop giving services.
I request Consumer Complaints team to help me getting the refund of my hard earned money from Gowarranty- who is a fraud services company.
