Hi! I have ordered ipad 9th gen on sept 6th 2022 and so far there is not even a single update and you got a worst customer service. Reached many times but no one is responding. Regretting the decision of purchasing the product from you. Its been 5 days and I haven't received any update.This is my order id #KL205970. Sep 13, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Happy to get the product. They have dispatched it yesterday and received on a single day! The product is in good condition and got 12 months of warranty which I'm happy about. Overall If they can change the promises that they will deliver soon and improve their customer support it will be great. Buying without know that you get your product or not is very depressing. I'm glad that I received the product and thanks grabgear for doing this

Good luck, before ordering I got promot replies to all questions on WhatsApp. After ordering no reply even though I can many times see the person online when I ask for update. Thankfully I just paid 1k and selected partial COD on a 20k order. I would have lost 20k, now it's 1k. Loss is loss but still better than 20k. I don't understand where the positive reviews are coming from.
