I have order goolgle pixel buds but i need to returne the buds due to incomapatibillity as i contacted grabgear there was no response from their end unless and untill i lodge complain on this portal after lodgin that complain they immediatly responded and ask to courier the product on your own on their mentioned address which is "KLVSTC INTERNATIONAL, Shop No - 7, Deewan Shopping Complex, Alwar Road, Behror, Rajasthan 301701"
and ask to mark my previous complaint as resolved
As per their requirement mark that complaint as resolved, after dispatching that product i even mentioned tracking details. when that courier arrived to that destination city courier person is unable to find that location and tried to contact on their given number which is [protected] but their was no response from their end
Even i am trying from 2-3 days they are not responding as i purchase my product on EMI i wanted to cancel that as soon as possible .
