I've been trying to contact support for the last 4 days, the WhatsApp chat is ignored, email is unresponsive, calls are ignored, and the website return menu doesn't do anything.
I've already filled a cybercrime report, and will do a credit card chargeback, along with taking it to social media unless there's a response in a day.
My Galaxy Watch 4, order #KL205452, arrived badly damaged (unboxing video proof of everything).

The box didn't look new (damaged), and the watch had a LOT of scratches at the bottom, and scuffed glass next to the sensors. They didn't go with any wiping.
What's worse, the sensors aren't working properly - it there's artefacts in the readings according to my doctor, he says the sensor is not working correctly (the main reason i bought it defeated), and they keep failing too. Compared to another GW4 at the same time, you can see the sensor malfunctioning with noisy readings.
While at it, the charger inside didn't have the usual peel I've seen in other unboxing videos, and had a totally damaged wrap.
I have video proof of the whole unboxing, with the damage it came with shown.
This has been extremely disappointing, after a week long wait. I have a possibility used/refurbished, defective and damaged product.
I'd like a replacement as soon as possible, since i need it to track my sleep apneas.
