[Resolved]  Grabgear — Defective product delivered

I have ordered Dji om4 se (Gimbal) on 25th of April 2022 and got the delivery on 2nd of May 2022. When I opened the box I found that the magnetic clamp is defective. One side of the magnetic clamp spring is not working. On the very same day I wrote a complaint to the company regarding the same and return replace request is placed. I got the acknowledgement that my return approval will be updated in next two days. No one contacted from the company till date. They are now not responding to the emails, whatsapp and even calls. Plz he me I feel cheated. It's our hard earned money. Not able to use the product. All money got wasted. Plz solve my issue or guide me to take legal action against the company. Thanks and regards
