Grabgear — Fake replies

Its been more than a month since i delivered grabgear non working product to Rajashah from Delhi.after going through hell with these guys, they promised to return it after repairing it.. n they msgd me last a week back, , inspite of msging them every single, , they haven’t replied me back
How can u grow with these ethics

Haven’t msgd me after 7th if November n i think, now they blocked my no. too
No double tick since two days..they just sent the automated msgs.. total helpless

I know, it’s doin me no good, and i am never going to get my product back evn after 2 months, but I’ll keep on msging n alot of friends n acquaintances are never going to buy from them
Plz go for Amazon Flipkart Ajio tata clique n other better online stores which r truly authentic
Will keep sharping my worst experience n sadness
