[Resolved]  Grabgear — Inability to deliver the product

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 from their website on 3rd July 2022 on COD. Since then they have been delaying the delivery process for which I had even registered an earlier complaint when they were not providing updates to the tracking process. Now the estimated delivery date was 15th July 2022. I didn't receive a single call/text from anyone regarding an order delivery and on the tracking website it shows return has been initiated because delivery was denied by the CUSTOMER. They have already taken a ₹999 token amount from me and now I don't even have the product. Also CONTACTing them is of no use since these entitled ### don't give a reply outside of their working hours and MAGICally forget it by the next day. This is a fraud company. They just want to loot the masses.

So the product was never delivered to me, rather delivery was not at all attempted. The fault, as per Grabgear.in, was of the delivery partner. They got to know about this discrepancy much before than they let me know. This delay in communication and lack of proactiveness from Grabgear.in ultimately made me cancel the order. Since that day, Grabgear.in has been proactive (ironically) but for their own purpose i.e. the marking of resolution of this complaint. Again, I would never ever recommend Grabgear.in to anyone. Not even the worst of my enemies!

Update - received the refund for my token amount within 48 hours.

As per the tracking provided by Amazon the package was rejected by you during delivery. Also, your token amount of Rs. 999 has already been refunded to your bank account. So, please do care to explain how we have looted you or in what manner we have done fraud with you?

Correction update - The package was wrongly marked as NDR by the courier company while the delivery was not attempted due to weather issues
