WARRANTY EXPIRED (Ticket ID-[protected])
The warranty for the product which I have recently purchased is completely expired and the apple service center claims the product is a used, also mentioning KLVSTC is not even an apple authorized seller ( https://locate.apple.com/in/en/ ).
I reached out to Grabgear for the past 4 days creating multiple tickets and reaching out on whatsap, email and call. Still I haven't got any response at all.
Also, the return is applicable for 7 days and how do you expect me to proceed if I haven't received any response for 4 days with only 3 days left to return. Is this some kind of business trick or a joke?
I am unable to track my ticket at all (https://grab.freshdesk.com/support/login) and not able to reset the password at all. Refer to the below screenshot and let me know how should I reset my password and track the ticket?
SUGGESTION :
I understand this is a startup and people will be hesitant to buy products. Still, people who believed will purchase and if they face any issue, they will expect customer support. How do you expect to buy, if there isn't any response at all? and how are you expecting to build the trust?
