Dear sir, I had paid for the purchase of two laptop bag through Payumoney at Grablon.com site. Please see the below details:- Order #2327 STATUS: Cancelled DATE: 13/07/2016, 02:19 PM PAYMENT METHOD: Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking SHIPPING METHOD: Standard Delivery After a month after sevral emails and calls they send me the following details:- From: Grablon Shopping [mailto:[protected]@grablon.com] Sent: Friday, August 12, 2016 10:18 AM To: Devassy, Tony Philip Subject: Grablon Shopping: Order #2327 Cancelled Dear Tony Philip, We are sorry, your order is cancelled as not fulfilled by our vendor. Refund has been processed and will be credited to your original mode of payment within seven business days. Thank you for shopping with Grablon. Customer Service Team www.grablon.com +[protected] [10am to 6pm - Monday To Friday] It has been seven month no refund has been credited to my account. I have tried to contact them several times through email, phone and face book site. I have not received any response from them. I would like to approach consumer court.
