Grabonrent — Defective bex supplied and not being replaced after following up for 7 days | |||||
I had rented two beds and mattresses from them and one of the bed being defective and broken.The customer care for past 7 days have being saying that they will replace the bed but it is not replaced.Have already called them atleast 10 times, written over 15 mails but they are not responding.Please help! I have requested them with all possible modes, have called multiple times even escalated it to a person named Kishore who claimed to be there CRM he promised me to replace the bed on 27th, but today is 1st and still it is not replaced.They dont answer the call neither call back.
