We have been renting fridge from grabonrent for 2 yrs now. Recently there was damage in the freezer from our side and we called grabonrent. They said they would be sending a technician but it took more than 15 days of calling and nonnstop calls after which a technician came and they are charging 4500 for the same. I consulted the same outside with a reputed company and they are charging me 2500. Grabonrent says we have to take service from them even if product used are the same. I even asked them to do a quality check after i fix it from outside. Butbthey are still adamant on it and says if i want to do service from outside, i need to purchase the fridge first.
