I have returned the product and purchased the new one. These asked me to pay new deposit and old one will be refunded to me. Multiple follow ups one and mails sent but not reply.
They are just fooling and saying amount will be refunded in 2-3 days.
Very irritating. For Rs.60/- they called and ask me to pay but to refund my money of Rs. 1869 they are taking multiple days to answer. What a pathetic service they have. Almost Spoke to all their customer specialist but no one assisting well. Was this information helpful? |
