The security deposit for LG-TV that I had rented from GrabOnRent has not been refunded back to me yet. I was promised the refund to be returned back within 5 working days.
I returned the TV after paying all the dues and they picked up the product on Jan 28th. Though I have followed up many times, they have yet not refunded it back to me. They only keep promising to do so.
