Grabonrent — security loss and lot of water see sealant done by ac drainage : poor installation hence service

This is regarding order grg26341955. I am very depressed and annoyed with service of poor service by grabonrent. Earlier i was not happy with product now poor installation has costed us security loss. Owner has scolded us seeing water leakage done by ac from front. They have charged us 10000. Please reimburse us this amount please check attached images.
