One of your dealers in nagpur (Grace toyota kamptee road) have delivered me fortuner 2017 model but i have ordered for 2018 model and also paid for new fortuner 2018 model. I have waited for 10-12 days as they did not had 2018 model in stock and also i have repeatedly told them about 2018 model only (Also i have quotation from grace regarding 2018 model) but they have delivered old model (I. E. 2017) and did not inform me about it. When i came to know about it they replied me saying it was a mistake from our end as 3-4 defective fortuners from toyota company were arrived at showroom and your 2018 model fortuner was one of them therefore we gave you old model which was in stock and now nothing can be done. But they have purposefully gave me the old model and did not tell me about it. I have contacted customer care also but no solution till now.
I have requested them to share toyota officials number also but they are not giving me any contacts. Neither they are taking this incident seriously.
