Gram Panchayat — gram pradhan corruption

I am a farmer in my village attila, as i checked and verified at a site http://www.planningonline.gov.in/ReportData.do?ReportMethod=getAnnualPlanReport

Regarding my village work finished in[protected] which is uploaded by gram pradhan but 90 % work are not completed.

One more things she is taking 2000 rs per toilet vitaran.
She is showing high cast for every work.
I[censored] can do any thing regarding this please do somthing.
