Gram Panchayat — khadanja work

I am prince tiwari from durasi, s. R. N bhadohi up india
I saw gram panchayat report that gram pradhan had taken money for some places or khadanja that was not exist. For toilet he took money but he did not done it properly every man who actually needs of toilet they put his money to useful.
The man who has actually required for the benefits they are not getting.
Please sir look at itwhat its mean if our govt has given money to development of villages and its like as usual.in my village after being pradhan every one has made his own house
