Respected sir /madam With all due respect I beg to state that I Dharamveer Landa I stay in Umilada village Santhabommali mandalam reason is the front of my home their is a drainage the drainage is ok but my neighbor always closed the drainage the drainage water is stuck in front of my home that's why there is mosquito insects etc about this drainage I informed my village MPTC but he don't care about this drainage. I request to you can you help me about this drainage problem. Thanks
