Gram Panchayat — Not getting anything from panchayat

I am Sila pal. vill -chichurbil. post-churulia. Dist_Burdwan.I am a widow lady. I have a son and daughter in law and grand son. My son is unable to earn enough money. I could not able to run my family. I have not given BPL CARD. I have no bathroom in my house. Plssssssss so something. Help me. I have gone to panchayet. infact they have investigate about this. but could not get help anything.
