Gram Panchayat — not getting found even after 1 yr of building toilet

Dear sir, i am from jayramnaik tanda, post pachegaon, tehshil georai, dist. Beed, sir the swacha bharat champaign is moving very fast in all over india but our village is far behind that bcoz our surpanch& panchayat not working well. Few people built toilets by their spending their own money bt even after 1 yr they didnt get money from govt. Thats why other r demotivated for this reason. Really poor condition.90% of people do open defecation. There is need to some strict action who is nt performing their duty well. Actualy this is the root of corruption. Authority tells lie to the people & keep money in their pocket bcoz they no that they are illiterate people. Plz let me know about action
