Gram Panchayat — Not work available

From last year not work avilable on my job card. Other People doing 100 days work but we don't. You can see job card detail online on nrega website
Rajsthan-karauli-sapotra-bapoti and job card no. 139
The last work is done on 18/04/2016
And in session 15-16 only 9 days work doing.
Please suggest me for this problem's solution.
And tell me where is the problem create
