Gram Panchayat — reg entry survey number in demand book at gram panchayat office

Iam srinath (Crpf) our residential address is huduguru (Vill+post), gouribidanur (Tq), chickkaballapur (Dist) karnataka state. Sir iam submit the case against mr srinivas pdo huduguru gram panchayat office. Sir we have two sites in huduguru village we paid tax to these both sites then compitent authorities issued kata to us. But the details of the sites are not entry in demand book at gram panchayat office. Then we asking to pdo to entry in demand book. But he is not co operated to us. Please help to us. Or other wise we are put up case in court aganist pdo srinivas
