Gram Panchayat — regarding toilets payment and village development

Dear sir
Toilets were made under the savach bharat abhiyan in our village dabeta in march month, which has not yet been paid to people by our gram panchayat, and we are unable to know proper information about toilet payment. Our gram panchayat has been not working properly.
Our village does not avail any kind of gaurav path for long time. All street of our village has small pond in rainy season due to this reason made big dig in all street.
So please take appropriate action against our gram pradhan.

Our gram panchayat has been not working properly.
Our village does not avail any kind of Gaurav path for long time. All Street of our village has small pond in rainy season.
