Hi,

I had made a holiday membership purchase from Grand Tourio holiday solutions pvt ltd., thane branch on Mar 26, 2017. I was promised by the company executive Mr. Manoj that I will have 12 months EMI on Indusind Bank Credit Card. Also was promised lot of other things like additional 3 days 2 nights holidays on top of what is covered under contract. Issues are:

1. We asked for 12 months EMI's and filled form for the same. After reading lot of reviews across forums, it seems that company has no tie-up with banks and its sales agents just communicate you to get the money. Once you are billed, they will say that we will give you a cheque for interest padi but pay only 10 of amount paid while interest is 15%. When picked up matter with Manoj, he bluntly says 'Galti ho gayi. Kya kare. Naya card leke aao kara dunga ya interest le lo (which is just 10%). When we asked for cancellation as this is breach of service, he just refused saying it's applicable only on holiday scheduling (where these guys have very limited responsibility and any issues with hotel or transport is not covered). I gave them enough time and patiently waited and supported but they won't budge. After promising refund of 10% interest over phone no Manoj has held silence and not responding to emails. I am totally uncertain about money I invested and should have trusted my gut feeling. We confronted these guys with review but still took risk to in the end fool ourselves.

2. During booking, we were promised additional 3 days 2 nights for Rs. 60k+ paid to them. But no where in documentation they captured this. Even on that when confronted Manoj on this, he asked to drop a mail. No he is sitting silent on that.

I asked them to cancel my membership for which they are saying it is not possible.

I have the mail communication for this. If needed can send you.

I want you to take this complaint to them and please help me to cancel my membership as until now i am not provided with any holidays.
