Grayquest — noc not received despite payment (loan id: 403019) and wrongly tagged my cibil report

Dear Gray Quest Support,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the non-receipt of my No Objection Certificate (NOC) despite making the payment due on 6th May 2025. It has been over 100 days since the payment, and I have yet to receive my NOC.

Over the past 3 months, I have spoken to more than 10 executives, and each time, I was assured that I would receive my NOC within 7-10 days. However, these assurances have proven to be empty promises. According to your company policy, an NOC should be provided within 30 days of payment, but in my case, it has been more than 100 days, and I am still waiting.

The delay in receiving my NOC has caused significant harm to my credit score, resulting in substantial losses. I hold your company responsible for this due to your incompetence and lack of concern for customers. I request that you provide a final date by which I can expect to receive my NOC. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to report this harassment and incompetence to the highest legal authorities and take your company to court.
Your Company is a horrible company and your executives are horrible person, today Mr Akshay kept me on hold for 30 minutes and once the call was disconnected he did not bothered to call me back.
