Grayquest — Unauthorised ECS Initiated

Hello Team,

I am Prasant Gaikwad. My daughter was studying at Orchids International School, Nigdi Branch.
We have cancelled the admission in October 2022 due to relocation. I got a confirmation from GrayQuest (Mr. Ashish Sathe) on 4th November stating they stopped future EMIs & they have requested school to refund amount Rs. 26, 126 to GrayQuest however school refunded only 6051/- since then Grayquest asking for remaining payment however school never refunded the pending amount. Now GrayQuest has reinitiated the ECS and started deducting Rs. 4460/- since March 2023 without my consent which is unauthorised since the admission is already cancelled & school need to refund pending amount to GrayQuest post admission cancellation. Same has been communicated to riya.[protected]@grayquest.com over email. GrayQuest can't reinitiate the ECS until the dispute is sorted. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible.
