Subject: Formal Complaint Against Grayquest – Non-Disbursal of Approved Application ID 1472869
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am constrained to bring to your kind attention the gross negligence and unprofessional conduct of Grayquest, which has caused us severe hardship and financial stress.
We had applied under Grayquest for school fee financing vide Application ID 1472869. Despite repeated follow-ups, the said application has not been disbursed till date. Because of this undue delay:
The school has blocked access to online applications and academic platforms.
Examinations are approaching, and without fee clearance, the student will be barred from appearing.
We are being subjected to unwarranted late fees and reputational stress solely due to Grayquest’s inaction.
The responses received from Grayquest have been purely generic in nature, without any actual resolution.
Such conduct is highly unprofessional, unfair, and unacceptable, especially given the time-sensitive nature of school fee payments. It amounts to deficiency in service, negligence, and failure of responsibility on the part of Grayquest.
We therefore request your good office to kindly:
Direct Grayquest to immediately disburse the approved application without any further delay.
Ensure compensation/waiver of late fees and consequential charges that have arisen solely due to their delay.
Take appropriate regulatory/disciplinary action against Grayquest for such irresponsible practices that are causing hardship to parents and students.
In spite of multiple communications, the issue was not resolved so far due to which we are suffering alot along with mental pressure.
Not even getting proper response from the Grayquest team inspite of vigorous followup since more than 10 days. They collected down payment, ECS NACH created and insurance also taken forcefully but not yet disbursed and suffering the child education.
We trust in your timely intervention to safeguard our rights and to resolve the matter on top priority as it pertains to child education.
