I am constrained to bring to your kind attention the gross negligence and unprofessional conduct of Grayquest, which has caused us severe hardship and financial stress.

I had opted for GrayQuest loans to pay the school fees for my kids. Since the time I opted the loan and till the time I close the loan, I have not defaulted or delayed a single payment from my end.

However, I notice that they have marked up an overdue amount on my profile even when I have paid in full and without any delays.

I had a loan from Grayguest and a agreement by Aditya Nirla Finance limited. After paying all the payments through ECS i required NOC of loan. I ask grayquest but they did not provide NO Later I requestes to Aditya Birla ltd to provide NOC, they says a Panel interest charges are left.
