Grayquest — Tagging incorrect dues on my CIBIL report

I had opted for GrayQuest loans to pay the school fees for my kids. Since the time I opted the loan and till the time I close the loan, I have not defaulted or delayed a single payment from my end.

However, I notice that they have marked up an overdue amount on my profile even when I have paid in full and without any delays.

Complaint#1 - Despite repeated follow up with Customer Care team, they are not able to explain or reverse the impact on the CIBIL report. Please help in addressed the same.
