I had purchased a voltas 1 tonn 3 star ac from your baguihati outlet on 11th may by cash. I was attended by ranjit ([protected]) who had commited to install the same on 13th may. However after repeated followup they failed to meet the commitment. I am simply disgusted with your pathetic service and want my entire cash return.
