Bought 3nos. Of daikin 1ton ac from your tollygunge (Ashoknagar) store on 24th feb, 2018 (Order no. 0036) in the name of saikat dey. The sales person, alam and the branch manager confirmed that standard installation would be free (Also mentioned in the order receipt (Which will include labour charge). However, at the time of visit by the installation person, he is telling that bracket installation cherge of rs350+rs300 for vacuum per unit has to be paid. The person also mentioned that the bracket fitting chatarge has to be paid and that he has received similar disputes from other customers too. This is a sheer harassment and miscommunication from the store.in order to complete sale, they do not reveal all the hidden charges, which is creating dissatisfaction among your customers. Request the senior management to look into the issue with utmost priority so that this damage can be arrested asap.
