We were.sold.an.ac which has problems.from day 1. It has stopped.working after 2.months.O general A/c that we paid.40000 for. After contacting the jaipur area head and o General heads, It's been 8 days and no.answer.from anyone. All of them not.picking our.calls and rejecting our emails too. We.were.told.by their own authorized engineer that it's a manufacturing defect which we were complaining of from the night it was installed. We have it in writing too on their bill.
