Great Eastern Appliances — delivery and installation of ac

I have bought an ac on 1st may 2019 which was delivered on 8th may and till now on 11th may no one has come to install the ac. While buying they assure that the product will be delivered within 2 days and the installation will be done on the next day. When i tried to contact great eastern with the telephone number provided there was a dead signal most of the time and if by chance it connects they give a # reply that they are doing their best and rest assured that it will get sorted by tomorrow. When you call the next day again they will say the same thing. They don't even track which consumer has called and what was the issue. I am now fed up of calling them. The service from godrej and great eastern is so bad that i am now regretting of buying ac offline instead of online.
