I am soumitra dutta. I have purchased several electronics items such as daiken inverter 1.5 ton ac (Rs48, 000/-) in may 2019, panasonic 43 inch 4k ultra hd tv in january 2020b (Invoice tch/sa1920/06605, dated 24/01/20 for rs 39, 936/- & samsung blue ray home theater (Tch/sa1920/06607, dated 22/01/20, for rs 10, 000/-) in techno city, sarat bose road, kolkata Yesterday i visited your techno city shop, sarat bose road regarding purchase of new microwave. But your sales person mr. Debyandu (Mobile - [protected]) was rude & insulted me. He doesn't know how to behave to the customer. I am very disappointed with your staff. This was a very bad experience for me. In the future i won't visit your shop & i will share my experience with my friends, colleagues & relatives.
