Great Eastern Appliances — failure to deliver commitment

My name is koushik kumar das. On 24.06.2017 i had bought a tv (Panasonic 40ds500dx) vide invoice no. Tc/rv/1718/01209 with full payment from great eastern appliances pvt. Ltd (Technocity) addressed 15b, sarat bose road kolkata - 700020.

On 01.07.2017 i have refused to receive the product due to old manufacturing date (August 2016) with unacceptable quality of packing. Then i went to your branch and reported to sales person of your company namely mr. Sudarshan and mr. Kamalesh and i was promised to be delivered the tv within 3 days. Today is 27th july, still i haven't received.

Several days i went there but they have not any suitable reply. I called on the numbers provided on the bill and the delivery contact person for more than twenty times to get the confirmation about the delivery of the tv but said to me your items not to stock or it will be delivered by today or tomorrow.

They are not even paying attention to me. I must say that it was my mistake that i went there to buy the products. The services of great eastern appliances pvt. Ltd. Are extremely pathetic.

I requested to immediate delivery otherwise i have complain lodge to consumer forum for judicial step.
