It's very shame for me that i wrote about your services and customer support matter. On 08/5/19 i had purchase a new hitachi split ac from great eastern gorabazar branch, on 30/4/19 after installing the products on 07/5/19 it was not working due to leakage problem the, matter not yet solve till now i had launch a complaint in customer care through call as well i physically visit in branch regarding my issue. As per you letter we are till waiting for your good customers dealings. Which is really unexpected that no one visit in my house except the phone call, which could be soon resolve the matter.

We complain several times through phone call, through mail.
