Great Eastern Appliances — hitachi ac breakdown/fault | |||
Dear sir, I have bought a split inverter ac of hitachi make from great eastern baguiati branch on 14.04.2019 and after working for 2 months problem started. First i informed hitachi customer care and lodge a complaint and they depute some unskilled person who just cleaned the filter and left. Second time u lodge a complaint to hitachi customer care on 9.07.2019 and they depute another team but could not resolved and told us they can't be able to rectify it. We again lodge a complaint on 11.07.2019 but till now no one came. This is a harrasment to us as we have purchased the ac unit from your company so i beg to you to look into the matter seriously. Moreover after purchasing a costly item of rs. 40, 500 and it worked only for 2 month it is surprisingly shocking that hitachi like company is solding defective product and also not giving service to the ac fault. I have purchased something around Rs.35, 000 from Baguihati. The gentlemen who deal with me, his after sale behaviour was just opposite what it was at the beginning. I have promised myself that will never visit again at that place.
