Have purchased an AC voltas 125 EYR, invoice no - 20/SA/1718/00968, dated 14 apr 17. When the time of installation your staff is refused to install the AC . I inform your jessore rd, nagerbazar branch where i have purchased the item, one of your lady staff threatened me that they will not do anything and keep the ph drooped. Very very disappointed by your service. I am from Human Rights council of India body members and i am going to file FIR against your shop for frauds . Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased 2 AC on 11th March, 2017 from Great Eastern, Dalhoussi. 1 month is over, still I have not received the same. While contacting them they are saying that the stock is out. If the stock is out why they are selling them? I think legal action is necessary in this case.
