I purchased a Window AC of Voltas on 4th April, 17 from Great Eastern, Dalhausie, Kolkata. After long waiting I have got the delivery of the product on 19th April, 2017 and after 4 days two persons came for installation. At that time one person damaged the AC before installation and entire gas came out from the AC. The person responsible for that said that the company will replace the product. Till date the product has not been replaced. In the mean time I went to your centre at that time Mr. Maloy Sarkar of your Dalhausie centre took the initiative to change the product and issue me an Invoice for an another model of window AC of Voltas,
183CY-A, but till date I have not got the same and the packaged damaged AC is still lying at my home.
I contact with Voltas over telephone but they says that it is the fault of Great Eastern. They should deliver the same after that they will take initiative to install the same.
I am suffering now for your so called great service. Please take immediate action otherwise I have no other alternative but to take legal action against you.
