Great Eastern Appliances — Non delivery of product bec

I booked one 262ltr whirlpool refrigerator on 23.11 and asked to make delivery on, 26.11. but on 24.11 I called to the shop, s phone no [protected] and asked to postpone delivery on 28.11 as 26.11 a stike was called by one of the political party's, the person who picked up the phone confirmed delivery on 28.11. since 28.11 morning till 6pm I waited for delivery. No delivery information was provided to me. Then I made several calls to the store no given but somebody knowingly was not picking up my phone and purposely disconnting. Then I rushed to great eastern beckbagan store and asked the store incharge about my delivery. He was very cooly answerd the delivery get postponed till 1st December. Now my question is if the delivery got postponed then why I have not got any information from the store. And how the staffs can be so irresponsible. I have full right to no the status of the delivery of the product which I have purchased after giving advance n fulfilling all the necessary process of rest of pending payments. I also got an sms on 27.11 that my product got loaded on the truck and the same day I called great eastern beckbagan n the store incharge confirmed that delivery will b make on 28.11. then how suddenly it got postponed for next 4days without any information. And being a very necessary product of daily life n being n working woman I have to suffer a lot for the delay in delivery. And I m really surprised to see the Store incharge was not at all sorry for his mistake rather he started arguing. I really want a very hard step tobe taken for the irresponsible activity of the concerned staff of Beckbagan Great Eastern n I need explanation of the delay in delivery. Such irresponsible activity is not at all expected a company like Great Eastern Trading Co
