Great Eastern Appliances — Replacement of defective washing machine | |||
I had purchased a voltas beko 7 kg top load automatic washing machine on 19.05.2020. It was delivered on 28.05.2020 and a technician visited on 01.06.2020 to install the machine. But it could not be done as the technician admitted that there is a fault in the machine. Till then i had been running from pillar to post to get the defective machine replaced but till now no positive steps has been taken by the company to replace the machine. The machine was purchased from gorabazar dumdum branch. The name of the sales person is ms. Monalisa bhattacharya, the service-in-charge is ms. Kalyani ganguly & store manager is mr. Sekhar barua. All these persons were repeatedly informed about replacing the faulty machine but all my efforts has failed. I am attaching a copy of the invoice. Please do the needful immediately so that the name of great eastern trading co. Is not further tarnished. Till today the defective washing machine has not been replaced with a new one. The store manager Mr. Sekhar Barua and another sales person Mr. Bapi Mondal is totally worthless. Almost 1 month has passed and I am without the services of a machine for which I had already paid. It seems that Great Eastern Trading Company has gifted me this washing machine. I alongwith my acquaintances have vowed never to purchase anything from this company. I demand the immediate replacement of this faulty washing machine with a new one otherwise stern action shall be taken. Was this information helpful? | |||
