Great Eastern Appliances — washing machine not delivered

I have purchased a haier make fully automatic top load washing machine from great eastern dhakuria on 26/8/17 vide invoice no mcm00449 which is not delivered till date. When i called the sales person his mobile getting switch off. I called the reception repetedly and get the same answer every time "we are looking after your case and call back u". When i will get the product. Whether it is out of stock or great easter cant deliver the product on right time? Then why they told me that the product will be delivered within 3/4 days???
