Great Eastern Trading Company — Non delivery of my product and even not got proper information about my product delivery | |
I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator of 262ltr on23 of November 2020 from Great Eastern Beckbagan. I requested to make delivery on 26.11. but as a bandh was declared on the same day I called to the phone no [protected] and asked to deliver on 28.11 which the concerned person agreed. On Friday I got a message that my good has already been loaded for delivery. But still 28 morning I was waiting for the refrigerator. Till 6 o clock in the evening I did not get any information about delivery. I called to the no [protected] 5times and somebody purposely disconnting the line. Then I rushed to the store n asked the incharge of the store what happened to my product delivery? The person very cooly informing that my delivery got postponed for another 4days and I will get delivery on 1st December. Now my question is being such a reputed and big Shop like Great Eastern Trading co it is not their duty to see the proper delivery of the goods on time? Is it customer, s duty to ask for their product delivery status. And the shop incharge and the other sales person not even bothered to be sorry for their act. Till date I have not got my refrigerator n being a very essential product for daily life I m facing problem n it will b continued till I get delivery of my refrigerator. After paying the full advance m completing all payment procedure why should I accept such ignorence from the staff of Great Eastern Beckbagan.being a customer I need a valid explanation of my harrasment n request to take hard step against such irresponsible store incharge n staff Was this information helpful? | |
